The essential objective of this course is to create awareness within the organization regarding various basic requirements of the standard & impart working knowledge on how these requirements can be interpreted to suit the organization’s processes, products, people & customers. Up on completion of this course, the delegates will also gain clear understanding on concept of HACCP.

ISO 22000 Internal Auditor Training for Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) from EPIC – develop the skills to conduct and compile internal audits.
Delegates will learn the knowledge and skills required to perform internal audits on food safety management systems and to contribute to the continuous improvement of the management system. You are expected to have knowledge of FSMS and ISO 22000:2005 before attending this course. This background knowledge is provided on our food safety management systems awareness course.
The training comprises presentations, workshops and role-play exercises.
EPIC’s Food Safety Management Systems Auditor/Lead Auditor course teaches students to assess the adequacy of the design, implementation and improvement of a food industry organization’s food safety management system against ISO 22000:2005 in accordance with ISO 19011:2002.
Students who successfully complete this course will satisfy the training requirements for initial certification as an IRCA Food Safety Auditor
This course is certified by the International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA) and meets the training requirements for IRCA Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) Auditor Certification.
